Love it when you use patterned paper in a non-traditional way! Used mainly baby collections (both by Echo Park) to create a boy-themed layout. Added some stars in modeling paste, and some brush strokes and splatters in Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Navy. Sequins are by SpiegelMom Scraps (Total Coolness).
