Hello! Yet another Head in the Clouds layout. This time I went for a more "romantic" feel in order to further tell the story. For the shimmery details, I used Shimmerz Paints in Pink and Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Navy. Lately I've been on a "colorful backgrounds" kick and love the extra pop of color they give to the layout as a whole.

Welcome back! The Head in the Clouds collection by Shimelle has my head in the clouds; pun intended. This is such a cute collection and it's great that it is very versatile so you can document different moments and occasions. This time around I'm reliving a cool memory from my honeymoon. The layout pretty much made itself since I used the background to dictate where my picture went. Then I embellished the background; with the "galaxy dust" I used Shimmerz Paints in Limoncello. To finish it off, I wrote my journaling in white ink and used it to create a border around the layout.

Hi! Sharing another layout using Shimelle's Head in the Clouds collection. Love the fantasy/fairytale essence of it! For this one, I followed a sketch by the Hit Kit Club; tried to make all the clusters stay within the main paper grouping to give the layout a true vertical design. For extra glitter and shimmer, I used Shimmerz Paints in Pink and Limoncello.

Hello! Sharing a new layout made with Shimelle's Head in the Clouds collection. While the collection may have lots of florals and pinks, perfect for girly layouts, it also has some darker hues and multi-colored patterns which are great for documenting more masculine pages. The collection also incorporates dragons and other fantasy creatures; a major plus for kid-themed pages. I used some white acrylic paint to soften the background also well as some Shimmerz in Miner, Miner 49er.
