Hello!
Here's another Horizon layout. I played along with Paige's #11 challenge in which we had to make a layout using one of her collections. Mixed in some embellishments from her Pick Me Up and Whimsical collections. Splatters were made with white acrylic paint, and sequins were added by Spiegelmom Scraps in Colorful Burst.
