I used the Cloud Mobile cut file by Virginia Walker and filled it up with Starry Skies sequins.

Hey everyone! Made this for the  Confessions Of A Paper Addict  DT. Used two different cutfiles and colored my own cardstock using  Shimmerz Paints  to get just the right colors.
