Went star crazy with this! ðŸŒŸ
Used two different stencils, one with modeling paste and the other with Shimmerz texture paste, Puttin' on the Glitz. For the pops of color, I used gorgeous rainbow starburst from Paige Evans' Horizon collection. Embellishments were from my stash.

Hey everyone! Made this for the  Confessions Of A Paper Addict  DT. Used two different cutfiles and colored my own cardstock using  Shimmerz Paints  to get just the right colors. For extra interest, I hand-stitched a white border around my base and added a ribbon bow to the bouquet.
