Hello everyone! Here's the second layout made as part of the Sparkler Spotlight for the Spiegelmom Scraps Blog. I used the Cloud Mobile cut file by Virginia Walker and filled it up with Starry Skies sequins. Hello there! Here's my second layout made for the Shimmerz Design Team. I used lots of color mists and made some florals with a Vicki Boutin stamp (which I later fussy cut out). Afterwards, I mixed in some florals from Paige Evans' Whimsical, Horizon and Truly Grateful collections.
